Lyndi Shaw is a multi-modality somatic practitioner, certified in Rooted™ through the Somatic School of Arts. She has been an Empowerment Coach and EFT practitioner for about five years and has spent over a decade teaching yoga. With a continued focus of helping others build a strong, sustainable foundation of courage, resilience, self-compassion and strength in their physical and emotional bodies, Lyndi is committed to continuing to create spaces for people to learn and grow from gaining a better understanding of what the body is saying.
Lyndi is a life-long learner, animal lover and connection seeker, on a mission to help others create space in the body to move, feel and release the thoughts, patterns and experiences that leave them feeling dull, numb, overwhelmed, and just fine. When working with Lyndi, clients build confidence and inner knowing to forage their own path into an expanded version of themselves by building safety and trust in the nervous system.
By getting curious and showing up with compassion, clients move through the slow burn of increasing their capacity to experience all the magic of a big and beautiful life by actually listening to and honouring what those messages are saying. This can happen when the nervous system feels safe and supported to expand in slow, stackable steps.
Through the lens of both the student and the practitioner, Lyndi’s ever growing toolkit will invite you on journeys into the Self, for yourself. She offers 1:1 sessions, yoga and movement classes and group sessions/workshops in person and online. With a keen interest in human design, numerology and masculine/feminine energetics, Lyndi weaves that knowledge with intuition, somatics, science and movement to empower others find more ease and joy in their everyday life.
Outside of Lyndi’s love of growth and personal development, you will often find her playing in the mountains trail running, snowboarding or mountain biking, adventuring with her dogs or enjoying a morning at the lake in her portal cottage. She loves the magic of the little things and encourages others to lean into the celebration of little wins and big ones.
By creating safety in the body first, Lyndi invites you to lean into your own truth, amplifying your magic and your sense of adventure in the process.
