With over 2 decades of experience in the world of somatic and embodiment and over 15 years in the entrepreneurial space, we have seen a thing or two. What we have found, as both students, clients, and mentors is that there is a big gap between the real integrated knowledge of the body and what is being taught online. Specifically, in a world we have devoted ourselves too for all these years. It's no ones fault per say, but what we are most curious about is the way in which that knowledge is applied and applicable to a practitioners own life and in such an embodied way. 

Our founder, Andee Love, comes from an extensive clinical educational setting, became a sought after national Autism specialist turned therapist, and then turned her attention into a space who’s focus has been on mindset work, inner child work, and energy work alone, she was seeing a disconnect.

Where is the body in the mix? Clients have been coming to her for years craving a high level of knowledge but they weren't always supported in the integration of that knowledge. Their results were lack luster at best or they found themselves seeking more from programs that over promised and under delivered. 

It is very important to us that the programs curated under the umbrella of SOSA™ and the content gifted, is built on a solid foundation of science backed research, efficacy, and integrity. This work is a living, breathing, and evolving body of art with you as the artist.
