Kendra Judy is a somatic arts practitioner, creative guide, and mixed-media artist who helps people reconnect within their bodies and inner worlds through gentle, sensory-based practices. Her work blends somatic tools, guided drawing, expressive arts and nervous system regulation to support clients in shifting from overwhelm and shutdown into clarity, balance and self-expression.

Kendra's approach is shaped by both professional experience and lived healing. With a long background in finance and operations, she brings steadiness, structure, and deep presence into her sessions. Her personal journey through chronic pain, grief and complex trauma informs the compassionate and nonjudgmental way she holds space. She understands what it means to feel disconnected from the body and works with clients to rebuild a sense of safety, agency and trust within themselves.

She supports individuals navigating burnout, emotional intensity, identity shifts, and challenges related to embodiment or expression. Kendra believes creativity is a biological need, not a skill set, and she uses accessible, playful practices to help people move out of the mind and into embodied awareness. Her sessions offer a grounding, imaginative space where clients can explore, release, and reconnect at a pace that feels supportive to their nervous system.

She integrates somatic arts, bilateral drawing, intuitive movement, parts-work awareness, and nervous system education, meeting clients where they are. Whether in one-on-one work or group settings, her philosophy remains constant: she trusts the body's quiet intelligence and believes healing emerges when we slow down, listen with curiosity, and offer enough safety and space for authentic expression to rise.
