Jessica Jante is a Registered Nurse, Somatic Practitioner, Breathwork Facilitator, and Transformative Coach devoted to guiding individuals back into connection with their bodies, their truth, and their inner power. With over 20 years of hospital experience, she brings a unique integration of clinical expertise and deep, body-based healing into her work, bridging science and somatics in a way that feels both grounded and expansive.
Her path into somatic work was deeply personal. After years of operating in high-performance, high-pressure environments, Jessica began to explore the deeper patterns of stress, survival, and disconnection held within the body. This journey led her into the world of nervous system regulation, breathwork, and embodied healing, where she discovered that true transformation does not come from the hustle and pushing harder until you burn out, but from returning to a place of deep devotion to yourself; learning how to listen to your own body, and responding from within.
Jessica’s work centers on helping high-achieving women shift out of patterns of overdrive, pressure, and self-abandonment, and into a way of living that feels sustainable, aligned, and deeply connected. Through somatic practices, breathwork, and intuitive coaching, she creates spaces where clients can safely explore the sensations, emotions, and patterns held in their bodies; allowing for release, rewiring, and a return to self-trust.
She is the founder of Wild Soul Collective, where she offers online 1:1 sessions, group experiences, and immersive programs, as well as in person sessions and retreats, all designed to support whole-body healing; mind, body, and soul. Her work is rooted in the belief that sustainable success is not created through doing more for the sake of "doing", but through devotion to yourself, your truth, and your body’s innate wisdom(which was given to you by God). Her approach is both grounded and intuitive, meeting clients where they are while guiding them into deeper embodiment and lasting change.
Jessica believes the body holds both the story and the solution. Her work invites individuals to move beyond intellectual understanding and into lived, embodied experience; where change is felt in the body, not just understood in the mind.
